- Coordinate the arrival times of vendors on the wedding day
- Confirm final payments to vendors
- Coordinate rehearsal and wedding or event day process
- Help decorate the reception site before or the morning of the event day

PARTIAL PREPARATION
- Includes "Day of Event Services" PLUS
- Planning and coordinating the event and reception
- Assist with budgeting and scheduling and negotiating with vendors, if needed
- Designing a program and tracking R.S.V.P.

FULL SERVICE CONSULTATION
- Includes "Day of Event Services" AND "Partial Preparation" PLUS
- Organize wedding/event from start to finish
- Contact various vendors for the Special Day.
- Be available to assist with any last minute details that arise.

CONSULTATION ONLY
We will assist the bride and groom with the style of wedding, prepare a preliminary budget, recommend specific vendors, assist with finding the perfect location and answer an questions you may have. Where Do I Begin? Who Pays For What? The information is very helpful for couples when choosing their own wedding.
